There is security, so it’s relatively safe.
The parking is paid, about 50 UAH per day.
There is a toilet, but it’s a simple stall with a pit.
There’s only a summer shower, so unfortunately, in winter it’s impossible to take a shower.
You can get water, though it’s not potable, suitable for washing dishes, hands, etc.
